The raw meat stood at about 8’ and was made from laminated layers of pink insulation foam, 1/2 plywood, another layer of pink insulation foam, and a top layer of upholstery foam. To get the pink color, we utilized various shades of pink tissue paper and then used a Smooth-On product on top called Dragon Skin to get the “wet” look. The silicon product also aided with the padding of the meat which was needed since an actor had to punch it every night.
